Advertising
Insert cinema-controlled advertising without giving up synchronized film playback.
- Advertising enabled or disabled independently on each player
- Separate poster and trailer advertising intervals
- Poster advertisements replace a synchronized poster slot
- Video advertisements are inserted after the current trailer when the interval falls due
- Upload and preview image and video advertising assets
- Enable or disable individual assets
- Weighted priority from 0–100, giving higher-weight assets more opportunities to play
- Optional start and end dates for scheduled campaigns
- Advertising assets can travel from a Cinema Sign master while playback remains locally configurable
Regional classifications
Use the classification system appropriate to the cinema instead of forcing Australian artwork onto every installation.
- Australia
- Canada
- France
- Germany
- Hong Kong
- Iceland
- India
- Japan
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Norway
- Singapore
- South Korea
- Spain
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Disabled mode for signs that should show no classification
- Common feed forms normalized automatically, including PG-13, FSK 12, BBFC 12A, MA 15+ and R 15+
- CinemaShowtimes territory selection follows the configured region
- Unknown classifications remain blank instead of displaying an incorrect badge
Cinema data
Open by default. Flexible when needed.
CinemaShowtimes OpenAPI
Open CinemaShowtimes-JSON 1.1 feeds with films, territory-aware classifications, media, Coming Soon titles and ISO session times. A public Marloo feed is included as the install default.
Cinema Sign Master
Point players at one configured master to share cinema data, posters, trailers and advertising assets. Each follower independently chooses its playback mode and whether advertising is enabled.
VenueMaster
Import current and Coming Soon films, sessions and poster assets directly from a VenueMaster schedule endpoint, with an endpoint test before saving.
BLOAD.TXT
Retrieve the legacy 75-column schedule format by HTTP, HTTPS or passive FTP. Poster and trailer matching is available through the separately configured d-cine Media API.
Manual and Veezi
Full manual management or direct Veezi films/session import, with persistent local overrides and d-cine media tools.
Vista and movieXchange
Implementations are present but require customer credentials, licensed API access and validation against each production environment before operational use.
Beta means not yet production-proven. POS vendors expose different contracts, licences and site configurations. Validate imported titles, timezone handling, sessions and media on a non-public player before rollout.
